General Rules for Labeling Dietary Supplements (Mexico)
August 11 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm PDT$175
Welcome to REJIMUS’s moGMP webinar course for launching dietary supplement products into the Mexican market. For Dietary Supplements to be marketed and sold in the Mexican National Territory, products are required to be compliant with NOM-051 and Regulation of Sanitary Control and Services. In order to be compliant, these labels must be translated into the Spanish language which makes labeling your products twice as challenging.
This presentation will focus on the general rules to follow when labeling dietary supplements intended for the Mexican market. If these rules are followed, your products will be in compliance with NOM-051 and the Regulation of Sanitary Control and Services.
The general rules for labeling dietary supplements in Mexico that will be covered in the presentation are:
– Labeling Requirements
– Labeling General Rules
– Warning Statement Size requirements
– Font Size – Calorie conversion
– Rounding Rules
– Vitamins and Minerals
– Allergen Declaration
– Sanitary Control
