Operational Excellence – Supply Chain Maturity
June 29, 2020 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am PDT
Every product through every channel is a different supply chain. How mature are your supply chains and the supply chain management process in your firm? Supply chain maturity is a measurement of the supply chain against a series of best practices processes and metrics. The maturity of a supply chain is measured end to end (supplier’s supplier to customer’s customer). In this class, gain appreciation for the complexity of a supply chain through MIT’s beer game simulation and understand the supply chain maturity assessment that the Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM – formerly APICS) uses with the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model.
