More successful first time Notifications…

So what are the secrets to first time successful GRAS and NDI Notifications? For starters, it is the people and their work ethic! I’m proud of the team we have built and more is coming. Next, it is having exceptional project organization and management, access to raw data and compliance documentation, not just numbers on a report or CoA. Repeat testing or having to conduct method development so there is a commercially suitable and scientifically-valid method in place is the number one cause for delays in GRAS and NDI dossiers being finalized. Keep in mind that this is not just for the finished ingredient, but also the starting materials too. Third, don’t just rely on prior notifications to piggy backing your future success. Sure they are great to reference and may be supportive, but evaluating current consumption data as well as having comparator data is critical. Wanna know more tips? Contact us today!
