Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) require all parts of the manufacturing and distribution of Food to be proactive in assuring that the products are safe for human consumption. The regulations mandate that GMP must be performed at all aspects of the manufacture and distribution of the products. The GMP regulations applies to all Food manufacturers.
The training is specifically geared towards Food Manufacturers, which are companies that manufactures the product and distributes Food products. This training will provide an overview on the background of GMP, the importance of GMP, and specific regulations for Food cGMP under 21 CFR Part 117.

Zahid, with his expanding knowledge of Quality and Compliance, has worked in many Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Food, and Dietary Supplements companies since 2008. He has 11+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of FSMA (The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act) & all related updates, DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act), HARP-C training & implementation, USDA Food Grade inspections, NOP (National Organic Programs) requirements, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiates) requirements, new NLEA (Nutrition Labeling Education Act), International Food Standard (IFS), and SQF requirements. Zahid is also very familiar with the applicability of 21 CFR 101, 110, 111, 211, and 820. Prior to joining Rejimus, he has worked as a leader/supervisor, on and off the production floor, as well as conduct regulatory affairs with many federal, state, and county agencies. Zahid holds a BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach in Long Beach, CA.
